COPA hair relaxers has made a lot of news lately, mostly from the TV commercials that are broadcastd in the US. COPA is basically a hair straightening or hair relaxing product formulated mainly for African-American hair. 

A reader has emailed us lately about complaints that have been filed against COPA in a Consumers Affairs database. HairSite examined the database and found that there were indeed quite a number of complaints filed against COPA. 

However, note that all the complaints were about shipment delay, some as long as months after an order has been placed. HairSite has not come across any complaints about the quality of the product.
