I live in the UK and so I buy Neutrogena Tgel as this contains 0.75% PO. If you live in Oz then a shampoo called Moogoo contains it. I'm not sure about in the USA, you'll need to do some googling!
I use the PO shampoo after having read this study:

Hi, Julie. Where can I buy the Piroctone Olamine shampoo and what does it do? Where do you buy the liquid spiro? I tried spiro but it was lotion and impossible to get onto my scalp.
