Is it ok to stop? (Rogaine, Minoxidil)

I've been using Regaine 5% for around 1.5 weeks and I am getting increasing pain on the left side of my chest (heart area). I know palpitations are a side effect for some, thus, do you think I should stop, and would it be ok to stop now without any damage done to the hair? Thanks x

I don't think you'll lose any hair if you stop the Rogaine. But talk to your doctor about your heart palpitaitons/chest pain.

Rogaine should not be stopped once regrowth starts. This is because the newly grown hair will be lost if rogaine is stopped.

But since you have used it for only 1.5 weeks, you cant expect regrowth to have occured. So you can safely stop rogaine.
