They say the tongue is the window to your soul. Many people claim that the tongue tells you everything about your health and over all well-being.

My tongue as crack in the middle towards the end of the tongue, i was wondering if any of you lot who are experiencing hair-loss like me have this too? Or have any other noticeable stuff?

Interesting. My tongue is OK - nothing wrong with it. My nails are a mess...as is my scalp (seb dermatitis) Other than that I have nothing else that "looks" bad or unhealthy.

My tongue has also crack in the middle (zig-zag) toward the end but I think that's normal .
There are another things I blame for my condition.

1.I was exposed to a lot of cigaret smoke during a childhood. My mother smoked during pregnancy too.

2.I suffer from alergies and excema.

3.I have some symptoms of hypothyroidism like fatigue, cold intolerance, increased sensitivity to cold, constipation (solved this with diet),
easy weight gain (don't have because of good control)
sometimes muscle cramps, paleness.

4. Anxiety and panic attacks.

That would be my list.

Aaaaawwwwww thanks for the WB! But i still read the threads regularly just couldnt be bothered to register.

My hair deceives me, i just dont know what to think anymore. Ive tried every bloody tablet going nothing seems to be improving theres still hairs falling out on my clothes, pillow, bag, food, chair, everywhere, its driving me insane. Some days theres very few loss at 30+ and the next its like 300+, im just so unhappy, this is bloody ruining my so called life.

Vitamin B complex deficiency can cause inflammation and cracks in the tongue. These deficiencies can cause hair loss also.

(Tongue diagnosis is used in Chinese medicine - But I dont know how far it is reliable)
