why wont my hair regrow (Anemia & Hair Loss)

My iron is now over 90 since March 07, my hair stopped falling out probably around June last year. The rest of my hair grows and sheds mostly as normal. I am losing around 20 or even less when I comb in the morning. I have anxiety but if that was the reason wouldnt it effect regrowth of all my hair. Im 44. I had my yearly autumn shed which is regrowing, but my really thinned out areas are still bare and my part line is still not as thick as it used to be.

Any ideas or am I just impatient. I am wondering if maybe summer weather might spur it on or am I just dreaming?

I dont believe its ever going to grow back.

This is just my opionion, but perhaps you should have some more tests done and perhaps a scalp biopsy to make sure nothing else is going on. Low ferritin hair loss is supposed to be corrected once you get your levels to a good place and keep them there.

Your have been good for six months and you haven't seen any regrowth. I would get that checked out just to insure there isn't something else contributing.

My doctor thinks it maybe because I am in peri menopause although I think my stress level is so high maybe its that
