Stress and hair loss (Anemia & Hair Loss)

I suffer anxiety mainly because of all this hair loss stuff although I have fibro too but dont worry so much about that. I notice that some of my shed hairs are short and probably came out early due to my stress, do they grow straight back or are they lost forever. Thanks.
