what does this mean (Anemia & Hair Loss)

I lose a normal amount of hair these days but sometimes some of them are fairly short, wispy and I can easily break them. I have tested short hairs on my head and they are strong and hard to break, I was wondering are these shedding because they are not growing normally? My iron is over 100

Do you mean they are being replaced by miniaturized hairs? I was wondering if my anxiety is causing it

JMHO, but I have never read anywhere where anxiety can actually change the diameter of you hair.

I would get it checked out, sweetie. is you ferritin still in a good spot?

It was 90 in march and I stopped the ferrograd a couple of months later, now I take 25mg each day but I am so stressed I see short new hairs falling sometimes. My hairloss is normal about 20-30 daily. (moring comb)
