hi

i would just like to know when is the best time to take aldactone
im on 200mg
and i first took it evening, 2 pils but i had no results my hair are just bad,shedding is horrible
now i take one morning and one evening
but i dont know
i first started with 1 pill/day evening for about 6 mont. and had no good results
than since june i was taking two evening pills and had no results
now for a month i take one evening and one morning pill but i don't know i see no results. i also used nizoral first time yesterday.2%. i hope this will help.im 21.getting bald. since i was 18.
IS THERE ANY OTHER DRUG THAT IS STRONGER THAN ALDACTONE
AND HAIR DO GROW?

You should take it once in the morning and once in the evening.

It can take up to a year to se results.
There are other stronger drugs out there.

Flutamide is much stronger than spiro and I personally know sevral people with PCOS who have had great results with it. You will have to find a progressive doc willing to prescribe it to you since it is so strong. But I have heard it works better for those with PCOS.

You could also try propecia or avodart in conjunctin with your spiro. and there is always androcur which is also said to be better than spiro.

There is nothing like the best time to take it.
The best results are seen with 200 mg dosage. Most of the people take it twice a day- morning and evening.
A few doctors may advice to take it once daily dosage in the morning. This is because, spiro is a diuretic and if taken in the evening and night, you may have to bear the trouble of going to the rest room in the night disturbing your sleep..
Flutamide is considered stronger than spiro.
