what is your ferritin level trigger point (Anemia & Hair Loss)

Does anyone know what level of ferritin triggered their hair regrowth. Mine was 90 in March and I still took 100mg iron for a further 2 months, now I only take 25mg each day. Some people suggest 70, 100 may not be enough to trigger regrowth? Any experience out there. Maybe that is why Im not seeing any. Although my hair used to grow happily and a level of 25-29 most of my adult life.

My derm/trichos etc have all said 70 and above, but i reckon some people need way more than that. Ferritin also fluctuates. Mine in April was 93 then in July it was 62 and now it is over 100 - despite keeping taking iron pills continously for 3 years.

IMO, if the upping of ferritin doesnt lead to an improvment some months later then keep plugging away at WHY there is hair loss as the low ferritin could have triggered something like AGA, which is what happened to me.
