I take mine from days 14-28 (I have a 28 day cycle) In a normal cycle progesterone only comes in to play in the latter part of the cycle - after ovulation so using it on those days and that it why using it on those makes sense. Using other days doesn't make sense to me - - but I'm not in peri so maybe this varies - I'm not aware. ginawat is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO

Everything I have read says that it is for balancing and to be used (in pre-menopause) on days 14-until menses.
