ť I was told by my endo that it can be a symtom of an underactve thyroid. I
ť had my first gray hair at 29

If underactive thyroid is the case, does it ever revert back to normal hair color?

Does anyone know what causes hair to turn gray at a young age? Is there a vitamin or supplement that will help your hair hold on to it's color? Is it possible that graying hair is the result of a nutritional deficiency?
