Hair texture from normal to super baby fine (Scalp Inflammation, Irritations & Dermatitis)

Each strand is like its being choked and has become baby fine and frizzy, I have diffusely lost about 40% of my entire hair. Anyone else notice this texture change? Most AGA'ers I see have normal appearing hair but just less of it. What the heck is this? :-|

My hair is the same--super fine, frizzy, lifeless. I am also lifeless these days.

It must be the DHT choking the follicles. Do you girls have scalp pain too? I also feel lifeless these days. It sucks
