where can i get molasses from in the uk?
Ive tried all the supermarkets- they havent seemed to have heard of it, and neither have the major health food stores, i really dont want to buy online - any sugesstions????

I was so happy wen i got the damn thng - my god it tastes like crap!!!
How much must i take - is a teaspoon 3xweek ok? Or shud i take it every day ?

Hi Miss, I had read that you should take 3 tablespoons once a day. I know the stuff is nasty!!! That's why I would plug my nose when I swallowed it. Good luck!!!

I haven't taken it yet, but since it's FOOD, and it's a natural "treatment" approach, I will, but I my healthfood store-keeper said 3X per day! yuk. Let's put it on crumpets!!

its BOLLOX! i can hardly manage a teaspoon and i nearly gag 10 x b4 i manage to swallow that. 3 x a day seems like trauma. - god help us all.

Miss, If you drop the molasses into a tall glass of warm water, it disolves quickly and it reduces most of the bitterness. Just tell yourself "I'm drinking something disgusting because I'm worth it."
