Hello ladies
Would love to know whether any of you know where i can get natural estrogen pads from? im trying to avoid estradiol from birth controls pills and would like to also know what the minimum estrogen levels the pads come in. I just need a recommended stockist as im from the uk and not sure if you can buy these things over the counter. I have a feeling my GP would be reluctant to prescribe this for me. Its just that im on Cypertrone acetetate and dont want to take diane but would prefer to supplement with more natural estrogen.
