	Hi, every one it's me again i read every where ppl talk about candida try to google it wiki has good explanation. here http://www.keratin.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3575 the last post by rpnyc: I have scalp odor also but didn't notice it until May of 2005. I went to a number of doctors both holistic and conventional and after doctor number 20, was diagnosed with heavy metal toxicity three times the level of both mercury and lead. Research shows that there is a symbiotic relationship between heavy metals and candida (overgrowth of yeast). The yeast protects the brain cells from the metals, but can cause a host of problems. My thought is the odor is coming from yeast overgrowth, especially if you have dental filling that contain 50% mercury! I had the mercury removed in January. I went to a MD/kinesiologist who diagnosed me with digestive disorders, liver imbalance, candida overgrowth and bacterial infections. I was given a number of supplements to counteract the imbalances. Since that time, I have added colonics and an acidophilous/bifidus for my gut as well as chelation therapy. I am hopeful that after about six months the odor will abate. It's an expensive undertaking, but well worth it for the peace of mind. Google Dr. Klinghardt who is a guru for mercury toxicity and it's effects. 	Hello there this does sound interesting..it'd be interesting also to know if any of us have fillings???? i have 1 filling...i think il see if my dentist will change it to a white filling instead.....it will cost but worth a try fari is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO

	I have a mouth FULL of fillings. I have made up my mind to change them over when they need redone. But that may take a lifetime! Anyway, if I were starting over I would not let them get near me with the silver ones. Last ones I had done I told them to use the white... Betsy is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO

	im just thinking when all this scalp prob started with me and i believe it was about 7 years ago when i had my first ever filling!!!!!!Im going to ask the dentist next time its my check up if she can take the old one out and redo it with white...iv read mercury gives u yeast probs aswell as stomach complaints which i have both of!!! fari is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO

	fari, I don't mean to be nosy but what sort of stomach complaints do you have? I have had ulcerative colitis for maybe 15 or 16 years.
