Hi Mette...Thanks so much for the information!! Was that the only test you took to determine your insulin resistance: the C-peptide test? Is it a blood test? I've never even heard of it!! I'm in the US...you sound about the same size as I am...I've had a suspicion that I'm IR but since I'm thin no doctor takes me seriously when I ask to be tested. You should google Dr. Diana Schwarzbein from USC (University of Southern California), who wrote several books about the alarmingly high rate of IR people who have damaged metabolisms and they really begin to be affected around 40 or so. She has some really fascinating information about how we can repair our endocrine systems. Sorry I can't help you in regards to info about your meds; I'm not PCOS (as far as I know !)
