Hi Michelle...Sorry so long since responding; I've been out of town. I don't have acne or really any unwanted body hair, so unfortunately I can't give testimony to whether Propecia/Proscar helps in the way Spiro does. It's so hard to get a lot of anecdotal evidence on this for women because it's so recent that pre-menopausal women have been taking it for HL. Good luck, and feel free to ask any more questions.
