If your biopsy shows AGA, then there are treatment options, such as spiro, propecia and Rogaine. THey take a long time to work and youwill expwerience fluctation sin shed, but if you stick with it then it will work.
If it is TE, then you have to stick it out.
Have you had any BW done? If not I would get ferritin, testsoterone, estrogen, and full thyroid panel...imbalnces in these things can cause hair loss also.
also, give the rogaine a chance to work. Three months is too soon for it to do much. you have to stick with, and most people expereince a shed in the first 3-4 months anyway.
