ferritin at 36 (Anemia & Hair Loss)

Julie..When your ferritin was at 70 were you losing any hair?

Can I ask how do you know it's 300 hairs? Are you actually counting that much or just guessing?? And do you find going days without washing your hair makes you lose more when you do wash? See..I've READ that washing your hair everyday cuts down on the loss..then I've read you should skip days between washing. To clean your scalp or to not clean your scalp on a daily basis? I'm trying to figure that one out, too. I'm hoping once my ferritin rises..my hair will start growing better. But I wonder??
