Help Newbie to hair systems (Hair Replacement Systems & Extensions)

Hi Robin. I'm curious about these clip in extensions. My hair is unusually fine. It is so fine (and slick) in fact, that the ONLY barette that will stay in my hair is the type you buy for babies. ANY other hair thingie slides right off! Are your clips so tight that they would hold even my hair do you think? Also, my hair lies tight to my head - and I mean tight. How could the clips not show?
