Diane 35 and hair loss (Accutane or Medications Induced Hair Loss)

Well, I was originally prescribed Diane 6 years ago for acne and it really helped - after a week of being on the pill, I lost all my acne and had a skin like a baby. Now that I stopped - acne hasn't only came back, but it's also much more severe.

As for my hair - I've never had any problems with shedding, nor is there any balding condition in my family. Apart from very very mild seasonal shedding, I never lost my hair so far. But unfortunately I have alway had quite thin, straight hair (a lot of it - but really thin). So now after 2 months of minor and another 2 of extreme shedding it has really started to show. People around me say they can't really see the thining, although my boyfried said the other day that it has thinned, but just a really tiny bit (he's really being supportive of it and keeps saying it will work itself out, as everything has so far). I wish I could be so optimistic. I have an appointment for an endocrinologist next week.

Right now I'm just sooo worried I might need some hair system or concealer of some sort. I'd really like to know (so that I can prepare myself, just in case) how bad can TE really get. Can anyone be so kind and tell me what Toppik is? I'm from Europe and haven't really heard of it before.
