when take aldactone (Spironolactone, Aldactone)

hi

i would just like to know when is the best time to take aldactone
im on 200mg
and i first took it evening, 2 pils but i had no results my hair are just bad,shedding is horrible
now i take one morning and one evening
but i dont know
i first started with 1 pill/day evening for about 6 mont. and had no good results
than since june i was taking two evening pills and had no results
now for a month i take one evening and one morning pill but i don't know i see no results. i also used nizoral first time yesterday.2%. i hope this will help.im 21.getting bald. since i was 18.
IS THERE ANY OTHER DRUG THAT IS STRONGER THAN ALDACTONE
AND HAIR DO GROW?
