when take aldactone (Spironolactone, Aldactone)
You should take it once in the morning and once in the evening.
It can take up to a year to se results.
There are other stronger drugs out there.
Flutamide is much stronger than spiro and I personally know sevral people with PCOS who have had great results with it. You will have to find a progressive doc willing to prescribe it to you since it is so strong. But I have heard it works better for those with PCOS.
You could also try propecia or avodart in conjunctin with your spiro. and there is always androcur which is also said to be better than spiro.
