On Yaz... Should I switch to Yasmin? (Yasmin)

I have been on Yaz for about 6 months. It seemed to help the shed at first, I was losing about 30-40 hairs a day. Now the shed is picking up again and I am starting to get acne again. I haven't seen any hair growth - my hair is just getting thinner and thineer. Do you think I should switch from Yaz to Yasmin? Or, would that make it worse? I am also experiencing some spotting on Yaz so I think maybe it isn't enough estrogen for me. Any advice would be great! I am worried the hormonal change would cause a huge shed.
