Why can't we get diane in the US? (Cyproterone Acetate (Diane35))

Kiklands Minoxidil at 5% is a foam, and i had to order it from the US as it wasnt available in the UK. I havent started it yet though...got another Regaine 5% spray to kill off before i do.

Kirklands 5% foam for 3 bottles was approx 44 pounds including postage/shipping, so im guessing it is cheaper than 3 bottles of Regaine 5% foam??? (we dont get the Regaine Foam 5% here in UK).
