Effexor? (Anti-depressants & Hair Loss)

I've been taking Effexor rx for the past 3 months and I noticed for the past month or so I've been losing a tremendous amount of hair. I couldn't figure out what could have been causing this, but the only thing that I could think of is this medication, I'm not taking any other medication. I am going to set up an appointment with my doctor this week to find out what to do. This medication has helped me a lot, but I don't want to end up bald!
