Propecia or Spiro - which do you think is more effective? (Propecia, Finasteride for Women)

I'm a 30 year old woman with no signs or symptoms of androgen excess, and my Testosterone levels are apparently 'normal' (i've not seen the figures). My sister has the same pattern of loss though she has not sought a diagnosis, my diagnosis is AGA. As you seem very well read V, what is your opinion on which I should try first (regardless of depression). I'm just curious. Thankyou
