Propecia or Spiro - which do you think is more effective? (Propecia, Finasteride for Women)

It was ineffective for menopausal women bc they needed the estrogen as well for it to work. Who knows maybe the estrogen in the pill in combo with the finasteride is what helps it as well. Whatever it seems to be effective for premenopausal HL when used with the pill.
