Propecia or Spiro - which do you think is more effective? (Propecia, Finasteride for Women)

i seriously doubt it is soley the BCP that is helping. As all of us with AGA know, BCP's alone RARELY produce any kind of success. Think of all the women with AGA who have tried Yasmin or Dianne alone to no avail.

I think the finasteride is definitely the reason most of the women in the studies have had success. I'm sure though that BCP's did help somewhat, as a higher content of E will raise SHBG and help bind to testosterone.

I think there is more of a synergistic effect.
