Propecia or Spiro - which do you think is more effective? (Propecia, Finasteride for Women)

What you say is very true but isn't it more successful when given in combination with the bcp's? Neither the finasteride or the bcps seem to be as effective alone. Also why do you not feel it works for menopausal women?
