Hi Julie...This is the study from Bologna that's often sited; it's actually one of the few studies out there on finasteride for women's hl. My moods don't seem to be affected, but I'll be honest...I'm a bit more tired and I gained about six pounds plus going up a full cup size, which stands to reason if a person is as hormonally vulnerable as I am because it lowers one's androgens in relation to the estrogens. I haven't heard of mood altering on any of the men's boards, but you might want to check and read their old posts for any sign of it. Take care....FG
