Hi FG-

Thanks for your encouragement; hopefully, with all the things that I am doing together with the removal of my fibroids, I am only going to improve and not get any worse. Anyway, that is my mantra! The reason I am not cycling is that I am using bioidenticals on a continual basis without stopping, kind of like those new birth control pills where you don't get a period. My dr. had me do that just to keep my hormones at a steady level following my surgery. I am seeing him in November and he is going to revisit that. I will tell you that after upping my spiro to 50 from 25, my breasts are so sore - I don't know if I can handle the increased dosage. I don't know whether I am ovulating on this hormone regimen that I'm on. Would I be able to tell from my labs? I know you've been taking the finesteride slightly longer than I have. I think you said you haven't noticed increased thickness, but your hair hasn't gotten any worse, has it? I haven't had the sides you've mentioned from taking the 2.5 Proscar. Do you think that what you're experiencing could just be peri and not the Proscar? Its so frustrating. Anyway, thank you for your informative and supportive posts.
