hair extentions on thinning hair (Wigs)

Hair extensions are my next step....!

I dont know if its the extensions that cause a problem cos i think if the hair is "thinning" and will progressively get "thinner" then things will naturally get worse on their own accord, with or without the extensions. Just my theory there!
