I'll be 38 in a little over 1 week. I have a mother who is 66 and has less grey hair and more hair in general than me. I have a double whammy in that I'm losing loads of hair AND the only hair I seem to keep/grow is grey. I lose all my pigmented hairs. I just don't know why I'd have to be cursed with the grey AND the thinning. This makes me think of a deficiency....but which one?

I'm at a total loss these days. Totally depressed over this.

I go back to work in a couple weeks and I am so anxious to see people who haven't seen me in 3 months. They will be shocked. I look like I have aged 20 years.
