Can someone help me understand my shocking hair loss? (Accutane or Medications Induced Hair Loss)
A lot of women with PCOS, or PCOS like syptoms, benefited from eating a high raw diet. You can google search "raw food diet" and/or "raw food diet and PCOS" and do some research.
I recommend eating a "high" raw diet but not 100% raw. You want to gradually increase your raw percentage to no more than 75% raw. I don't recommend 100% to anyone with hair loss because too little iron or protein can cause hair loss and it's hard to know if you're getting enough of those when you first start out.
