Hair texture from normal to super baby fine (Scalp Inflammation, Irritations & Dermatitis)

Each strand is like its being choked and has become baby fine and frizzy, I have diffusely lost about 40% of my entire hair. Anyone else notice this texture change? Most AGA'ers I see have normal appearing hair but just less of it. What the heck is this?
