Dr. Redmond in NYC (Doctors & Dermatologists)
Hi, I'm new to this forum and have been trying to find posts regarding experiences with Dr. Geoffrey Redmond in NYC. I visited him 3 months ago and was told my hair loss is hormonal (all my tests came back in normal ranges). I have been on treatment of 200mg spiro, 5mg finasteride, and Apri BC. This was pretty much what I expected would be the case after reading his book. He said improvement should be seen in 2-4 months, and as of yet I am seeing none. In fact I would say it's been gradually increasing. I had high hopes that he would be able to help me and am getting discouraged. I would really like to hear your experiences, be it positive or negative, just to help me decide what I need to do next. I've seen posts here and there in other areas mentioning his name...but I'd like to hear some personal experiences if you'd be wiling to share.
