To Hairsite (Hair Transplant for Women)

You will probably have to ask a surgeon this but;

Someone gets a hair transplant and also has been taking say, Finasteride. Does the new hair that grows from the implanted sites, stop any new hair under that implanted hair if it decides to start growing after being "awakened" by the finasteride?
