I am to the point of wanting to wear a hat when under lights :0( and quitting my band. I cant stand the thought of being under the lights anymore and being in the "Spotlight". My band members are going to be upset that I am quitting. They are also my friends....

I am scheduling an appt. with Dr Hirt (someone on here recommended him)
