Needle size for FUE hair transplant (Hair Transplant for Women)

Here's an illustration of different needle sizes for FUE procedures.

The smaller the needle, the less invasive the procedure.

Dr. Woods does NOT use anything larger than a 21 guage needle.

Most of the time he uses 21, 23 or 25 guage needle depending on his patient's hair characteristics.
