Yeah, that would be tough. 200 is usually for those not taking it daily from what I understand. The 100mg is the daily dose. Since I am not on estrogen replacement, I'm not concerned with that aspect of using it so I should be able to use less, I'm just not sure it I can do that. I suppose the cream would be one solution.
