ferritin level to nomoreshead (Anemia & Hair Loss)

My ferritin is only 33. It dropped. I have trouble keeping it up. Doctor said to raise it to 60 but I want to get it to 70.

My shedding is cut down, not gone completely but probably what some would consider normal. I still think I shed more than I used though. My hair is growing in or something cause it's definitely thicker.
