nizoral (Scalp Inflammation, Irritations & Dermatitis)

Hi Hairsite- would you recommend using the nizoral every other day, or twice a week (I have the 1%)? Also, can you put the tea tree oil in any shampoo? Does it have any effect on the way your hair looks?
