Rash! (Spironolactone, Aldactone)

I think I have a rash as a result of spiro, its on my face and is lots of colourless spots underneath the surface of my skin. Also I'm having reactions to sunlight with red spots and welts coming up on my face. I've been fine for 3 months on spiro and now this! Has anyone else experienced similar, and do you think it is due to the spiro. many thanks.
