need advice! QUICK! (Yasmin)

ť ť ť ť I've been on yasmin for 2 weeks. Day 9-12, I had headaches and
ť ť ť ť breakthrough bleeding. That has stopped and I feel better in some
ť ť ways
ť ť ť ť and my skin is a little less oily. My doctor wants me to take the
ť ť pill
ť ť ť ť without a break for 4 months or so. She gave me one pack of yasmin
ť ť and
ť ť ť ť one back of orthrocyclin and said to see which one I feel better
ť on.
ť ť ť ť (orthro has a slighty higher estrogen) The only thing is my hair is
ť ť ť ť falling out more on 2 weeks of yasmin My questions is should I
ť keep
ť ť ť ť taking Yasmin or start the pill with slightly higher estrogen? I
ť ť have
ť ť ť ť less than a week to fiqure this out!
ť ť ť
ť ť ť Do you have PCOS or high androgens? If not Yasmin could worsen the HL
ť ť
ť ť My testosterone in jan. of 2005 was a 23 and in aug. of 2006 it was a
ť 59.
ť ť Just got my testosterone retested but waiting for the results. My
ť ť testosterone doubled in a year and a half. I stopped taking the pill
ť over
ť ť 4 years ago and thats when my problems began but they also have gotten
ť ť worse. My skin and hair have gotten really oily and I breakout every
ť ť where! I guess what I'm trying to figure out is the problem high
ť ť testosterone or low estrogen.(or a combo) Had my e tested on day 5 and
ť it
ť ť was a 33. I'm also not ovoulating on my own. P was tested on day 20
ť and
ť ť only reached 3.5 Needs to be aleast a 5 to have ovulated)Any thoughts?

ť Looks like you may have PCOS unmasked by coming off birth control pills.
ť You could have PCOS and the ocp just disguised the symtoms until you came
ť off it!

That could be the case. I have a hard time getting doctors to even consider pcos. They say I'm too thin. What do you think about the pill? Should I continue with Yasmin or go for the one with more estrogen? I am feeling better on Yasmin but the increase in hair loss is pissing me off! Thank you for the quick replies!
