dizziness (Thyroid Conditions & Hair Loss)

I am going to a new doctor in the chicago area. I had extensive lab work including 48hr hormone test and adrenal test. My estodone is high, dhea is low 55, cortisal level after shot is high. tsh 1.6,free t 4 is 1.2 and ferritin is 55.5. I have hashi. I switched and am currently taking leventhol and armour for t-3. My hair line is receding. It started in my teens , I have never been on the pill. My ferritin 6 months ago was 15. It has gone up but my hair loss is the same. I have been experiencing dizziness for the last two years, like my head is in a snow globe.. My doc has prescribed estrim, also a cream some kind of progesterin and dhea pills. . Have you heard of vitamin IV's thats next. also t3 is 2.5.
