ť ť ť ť ť ť ť breakthrough bleeding. That has stopped and I feel better in

ť ť ť ť ť ť ť and my skin is a little less oily. My doctor wants me to
ť take

ť ť ť ť ť ť ť without a break for 4 months or so. She gave me one pack of

ť ť ť ť ť ť ť one back of orthrocyclin and said to see which one I feel

ť conjunction
ť ť ť with
ť ť ť ť it. A lot of girls with PCOS are on a combination of Spiro and
ť ť Yasmin
ť ť ť with
ť ť ť ť good results. Although the Yasmin has a Spiro like element to it
ť you
ť ť ť may
ť ť ť ť need a higher amount to counteract the testosterone. I wouldn't
ť add
ť ť ť more
ť ť ť ť progesterone at this point since that could possible cause a higher
ť ť ť ť testosterone level.

ť ť Rachel if your problem is elevated T (oily skin etc) your problem may
ť not
ť ť be estrogen related. I would see if you could get a prescription for
ť ť Spiro to see if that will help bring down the T. I think your doc is
ť on
ť ť the right track with you taking the pills continuously and certainly 2
ť ť weeks is too soon to tell if the Yasmin will be helpful or not. I
ť would
ť ť wait at least 6 weeks to 2 months to see if there's a difference. How
ť ť much more would you say your hair is falling out?

ť My doctor(Vliet)thinks it's a combo of testostrone being too high for my
ť low estrogen levels. My testosterone is still in range(still waiting for
ť my new test)but the high end of the range. I guess what I'm trying to say
ť is if my estrogen and progestrone were normal then my t wouldn't be a
ť problem or it would be lower. Does that make any sense? My hair is
ť falling out 1/4 more but with over 4 years I can't have a high shed again
ť and I just have this feeling it's going to keep going up. Do you think it
ť might be one of those things of it will get worse before it gets better?
ť Like when started spiro sometimes your hair falls out more before it
ť stops.

I just thought of something after I posted the above post. When my hair first started falling out(when I stopped the pill) I had my testostrone checked over a year later, this was 2005, my t was a 23 and my hair was falling out so maybe it's the low estrogen all along. I didn't start to get oily skin till 2006 when my t was a 59. so maybe having really low estrogen for so long has cause my t to raise. What do you think?
