I can't tell you anything about your bloodwork that you posted, but dizziness can be caused by several things. It can be from a drop in blood pressure, so you might want to get that checked by your doc, not at one of those tests you can use at a pharmacy...they're not accurate. Also, inner ear fluid also causes dizziness. I had that and I had to do specific exercises with my head. Talk to your doc about maybe having a head MRI to make sure there is nothing there. I had this test as well and luckily, for me, there was nothing there. It could also be from your meds. My ferritin was 15 and I didn't have dizzy spells but I guess that doesn't mean that it wouldn't cause someone else to have them. Just be sure to cover all bases.
