ferrochels (Telogen Effluvium)

Has anyone heard of these iron tabs. I have horrible, horrible constipation issues and I thought someone mentioned those on here one time as being OK...not causing constipation? I just got my ferritin results and they are really low...26. My Vitamin D is 19.4.......is there any relationship between Vit. D. and hair loss?
