ferrochels (Telogen Effluvium)

normal Vit. D. ranges are listed from 32-100. I was 19.4. My GP did it because I specifically asked for it. I started the ferrochels today and the Vit. D., but I'm not sure what I need to take with it to make it absorb. I just want it to help out this poor thin hair.
